The original had a way too much distraction in the background, so I played with blur and lighting to keep the backgroung from competing with the kids. In playing around I desaturated a bit and liked the effect and carried on in that direction.
Do you have any idea how difficult it is to get them to sit still and look at you. I only took one shot and would have prefered them all to look at me, but a second later they were off in search of a new adventure.
haha yes i know how difficult kids can be. you did a very good job though, maybe the next one you take they'll all be looking at the camera? great manipulations, the end product was really great.
